I had the opportunity to second shoot for Hannalee Photography at Melinda and Brian’s Wedding, which took place at Avianto, Muldersdrift. I joined up with the guys to get some pics while Hannelie got the  getting ready shots of Melinda and her bridesmaids.

Melinda & Brian, you two make such a beautiful couple and I wish you all beautiful things in your married life! Thank you for letting me share in your special day. Thank you also to Hannelie for asking me to second, I had a great time!!

If you consider yourself a creative individual who likes to have more choice, Shepstone Gardens is your canvass.  Eve from Splendid Affairs organised this years Bridal Fair that took place there. There were many great suppliers from musicians, make-up artists, decor hiring companies, photographers and more.

Taste Explosion did the catering for the weekend and I must say it was superb!  I got some shots of the table decor of Something Borrowed and Exclusive Hire Co which are on my Facebook page. After all, these are the details couples spend a lot of time, effort and money on and it’s essentially the elements that gives atmosphere to your reception – they should be photographed! :) Here are some shots of Decor Designer Rudie Stoop’s table.

One very summer-ry day in August was the big day for Candice and Andrew.

If you are a frequent follower of my blog you will recognise Jana and her family from her baptism just a few weeks ago.

With Jana’s favourite song, “Heidi”, playing in the background, we decided on her room as the perfect place to photograph her and her family. This was particularly special as the shoot was a gift to Jana’s grandparents, who have been living in Holland for a few years and came to visit for the baptism.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend this years RE.INVENT II Workshop hosted by Dror Eyal and Andrea Carlyle at Forum Homini.

These two little girls are so very lucky to have such Super-Moms that are also such good friends!

It seemed like everyone in Jo’burg who owned a dog was out to walk them on this particular Sunday that Taz-wynne and Carmen had their Couple shoot with Kat Forsyth.

I went along as second photographer and they were just so natural and relaxed. We loved, what felt like 10 minutes of  beautiful afternoon light and these are some of the shots I got from the session. Head over to Kat Forsyth Photography to see some of Kat’s amazing shots.

I had the privilege of shooting with Hannalee on this couple shoot of Fran & Dennis.

They are getting married later this year at River Place Country Estate, a gorgeous wedding venue on the banks of the Hennops River.  Gorgeous couple, gorgeous venue…WOW! What more could you ask for?!
